Becoming a Client

We recommend that you begin by visiting our facility to learn more about our compassionate care for seniors. Call us at 334.226.3344 to schedule an appointment for a tour. We'll guide you through our facility and sit down with you to answer any questions you may have about you or your loved ones becoming a client and receiving our specialized services, including medication management and nutrition services.

Step 2:

You will complete the online or downloadable application and return it to us.

Step 3:

You will meet with our social worker who will assess you or your loved one's daily needs while in our care, as well as any resources available outside of our facility that may assist.

Step 4:

We will establish you or your loved one's weekly or monthly fee for attendance and create a payment schedule and plan. Payment is due a week in advance of services, and there are discounts offered for monthly sign-ups and for households where more than one person may be attending our daycare.
