Ethel Tatum  is the passionate founder and director of the Precious Angels Daycare and Learning Center, a premier daycare dedicated to providing a nurturing and enriching environment for children of all ages. Ethel has been in business for over 35 years, driven by her belief in the power of early childhood education and a commitment to child development.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ethel is a devoted advocate for children's literacy and can often be founded reading aloud to children, bringing stories to life with engaging voices and enthusiasm. She also enjoys organizing outdoor activities and adventures to spark children's curiosity about the world around them.

Her dedication to children and their welfare extends beyond the daycare.  From providing hot plates to the hungry to serving families in need, she believes in giving back to her community.  She and her son, the late LaBrandon Tatum Sr. founded The Family Enrichment Center, Inc. to serve as an umbrella and fiscal agent for programs and projects to better the welfare of families.  This new adventure - Chip's Adult Day Care and In-Home Care Services is near and dear to her heart as she wants to continue to honor her son who had a big heart for people, especially the elderly.
