A balanced diet rich in nutrient-dense foods is essential for older adults to maintain a healthy weight, reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease and cancer, and preserve muscle mass, bone density, and cognitive function. At our facility, we offer compassionate care for seniors by preparing and providing two healthy meals per day (breakfast and lunch), along with nutrition services that ensure snacks are available for our day care clients.
